Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Fair housing

Nothing on this site is an offer of tenancy, an offer of service, a rental valuation, or legal, tax or investment advice. Rent estimates produced by the calculators on this site are arithmetic demonstrations, not valuations.
- Sample fee figures: management 6% to 8% of rent collected, 6.5% at portfolio tier, 9% to 12% on furnished mid-term lets.
- Sample leasing fees: 40% to 100% of one month's rent depending on tier and lease type. Sample renewal fee $195.
- Sample tenant charges: $55 application fee per adult, $125 lease administration fee, $300 refundable pet deposit per pet and $25 to $35 monthly pet rent.
- Sample market figures: median rents, rent per square foot, days on market, vacancy rates, tenancy lengths and review counts are modelled, not measured.
