5 open roles across three offices
Work somewhere that still answers the phone
Twenty six people, 1,240 doors and no call centre. If you have worked somewhere that treated property management as a volume business, this will feel different, and that is the point.

What we actually offer
Four things that cost us money and that we would not drop if the year went badly.
Paid licence sponsorship
We pay for the Arizona salesperson licence course, the exam and the first renewal, and we give you study time inside working hours.
Six weeks of shadowing
New leasing agents shadow the head of leasing for six weeks before showing a property unaccompanied. That is longer than the industry norm and it shows in the feedback.
A real emergency rota
The after-hours rota is one week in four, paid as a standby allowance plus the call time. Nobody is expected to be quietly on call for free.
No commission-only roles
Every role here has a base salary. Leasing bonuses sit on top of it. We think commission-only leasing is how tenants get sold the wrong property.
Three offices, one set of standardsHow to apply
Send a message through the contact form naming the role, or call the office you would like to work in. No cover letter theatre required. We reply to every applicant, including the ones we do not progress.
